Premier 1-2-10 Warranty Coverage

Every eligible home we build is registered with the program. Your Wilson & Co. home includes the following coverage:

Deposit Coverage

Your initial deposit is protected up to a maximum of $50,000. This applies in the event the deposit becomes legally refundable and cannot be recovered due to the builder’s default or insolvency.

1-Year Workmanship & Materials

Your home is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the original date of possession. We construct our homes in accordance with the National Building Code of Canada and the Construction Performance Guidelines set by Saskatchewan Home Warranty.

Two Year Water Penetration

We warrant that the building envelope, which includes the roof, exterior cladding, windows, and doors, will be free of exterior water penetration for two years from the commencement date on your Limited Home Warranty Certificate.

10-Year Major Structural Defects

Your home is covered against major structural defects for ten years from the commencement date on your Limited Home Warranty Certificate.
