Our Story: A Vision, A Plan, A Partnership
The vision for Wilson & Co. began years ago, in a workshop with our founder, Austin Wilson, and his grandfather, Dave Wilson. It was there Austin learned the value of building something tangible and beautiful with his own hands.
That inspiration was not just a fleeting dream; it became a deliberate plan. Austin purposefully built his career to become a new kind of home builder. He first mastered the hands-on details of his craft by becoming a Journeyman Carpenter, then gained extensive experience in project management to understand the larger picture. Every step was taken with the end goal in mind: to one day launch a company that would set a new standard for quality homes in Regina.
The final piece of that vision fell into place when Austin’s craftsmanship impressed a client who would become his partner, successful entrepreneur, Graham Haas. A friendship was formed based on shared values and complementary strengths. Together, they officially launched Wilson & Co. to bring Austin’s long-held vision to life by combining elite craftsmanship with a truly professional client experience.

Co-Founder & Builder
As a Journeyman Carpenter and the hands-on leader of construction for Wilson & Co., Austin is personally involved in every project. His commitment is to ensure that every home is not only built to an exacting standard but that the process itself is transparent and positive for the client. He co-founded Wilson & Co. to create homes he would be proud to live in himself, for families in the city he is proud to call home.
Graham Haas
Co-Founder & Director of Marketing
As Co-Founder and Director of Marketing, Graham’s role is twofold: to share the Wilson & Co. story with the Regina community and to ensure the company’s business practices are as solid as the foundations we build. A successful business builder with a history of managing successful companies, Graham’s expertise in modern marketing and clear communication creates a seamless experience for our clients, from their first online search to moving day. His focus on building effective, transparent systems gives our clients peace of mind, knowing their most important investment is in a well-managed and reliable company.
