The Homes Beyond Code Program is a SaskEnergy initiative that recognizes new homes built to be at least 20% more energy efficient than current building codes dictate.

  • Lower natural gas usage
  • Reduced monthly heating costs
  • Improved comfort and temperature consistency
  • Verified energy performance testing

Homes that meet or surpass the 20% efficiency threshold qualify for up to a $3,000 rebate, paid directly to the homeowner.
